Questions
Good to know.
Do I need a credit card for the trial?
No. You get 30 days of the full Signature plan without a card. One trial per company.
What happens when my trial ends?
For 14 days you can still view and export everything. After that your work is locked until you subscribe, and subscribing brings it all back. If you never subscribe, the data may be deleted a year after the trial ends, and we email you 30 days before.
Can my clients use it on their phone?
Yes. Clients open one link and get a simple view with five places: overview, design, menu, guests and venue. They can turn their table in 3D, choose their dinner and sign the contract from their phone.
Do you set up my venue for me?
On Signature and both founding offers, we build your first three venues and templates with you. On any plan you can pick a partner venue or draw your room in a few minutes.
Who owns the designs and client details?
You do. We host and process your content only to run the service, and we never feature your designs or name publicly without your permission.
How does the lifetime plan work?
A one-time $5,000 gives your company Signature for as long as the service runs, with up to 10 seats. If we shut down within three years of your purchase, we refund a pro-rated share.
Is the 3D an exact replica of the room?
It’s a planning tool. Room sizes, capacity, budgets and quantities are careful estimates; confirm final details with the venue and your vendors.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in your account settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Billing
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel. Price changes come with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
Founding prices
The founding monthly price holds while your subscription stays continuously active. If it lapses, the founding price ends.
Refunds
Fees are non-refundable, including partial periods, except where the law requires otherwise.
Your content
You own it. You can export it while you have access, and you’re responsible for having permission to add your clients’ and guests’ details.
Partner venues
Listings come from venues or public sources. Bookings and payments with a venue are between you, your client and the venue.
Planning estimates
Budgets, capacity, seating, food and bar amounts and 3D views are planning aids, not professional, legal or safety advice.
